The purpose of the second meeting was:

  • Project Progress Review
  • Introduction to eTwinning and the use of Web 2 tools
  • Communicating and collaborating on the eTwinning platform
  • Managing the Twinspace
  • eTwinning good practice examples
  • Professional development and networking
  • How to achieve quality

The main agenda items and outcomes of the meeting:

  • Regarding eTwinning, as the new eacea-esep platform is still under construction, the group decides to postpone its implementation. At the same time, the contact person responsible for managing the platform initially indicated in the project, a Turkish teacher, no longer works at that school. The group will have to determine how to continue the project and appoint a new contact person. The Turkish teacher undertakes to look for her replacement. In the absence of the new platform and the Twinspace project it contains, the group decides to have the pupils work on Padlet. This  platform is intended to create boards and the pupils use it to introduce and contact each other before, after and during the mobilities.
  • The Turkish partner showed the group eTwinning good practice examples for further development and use.
  • Mobility evaluation questionnaires were prepared and administered at the end of the Turkish mobility.
  • The group decided to set the logo competition for 1 November 2022 via Mentimeter. The first mobility in Turkey does not have the logo in the documents because the logo competition took place soon afterwards. The coordinator organised it and instructed the partners on how to run it. Each partner school identified a team of students to create two logos that represented the project well. After that they were sent to the coordinator and the voting procedure was set up, a QR code per country and a link were shared.
